Wow! Blue ribbon for Missy in her Bay Black Yearling Female Halter Class AND Reserve Color Champ for brown fleeces at the same show! TxOLAN 2009 was a very good show for Missy!***Missy took 2nd place at the 2008 AFCNA fleece show. Judge Sharon Loner gave her 18/20 for fineness & handle, and made the comment "wonderful fineness" on her scorecard! Her 2008 histogram tells us the same thing: AFD 17.3 for a Dark Brown girl bordering on Bay Black! Great job Missy!OK, I have to admit: Swiss Miss is my very favorite. She jus takes my breath away every time I look at her. There is just something so sweet about her. She has an absolutely beautiful head, nice conformation, and beautiful fleece. Take a look at her numbers for 2008: 17.3, SD 4.2, CV 24.4%, CF 98.7%, Curvature 48.5! We were looking to move our herd to color, and Andean Night has given us a whole mini-herd of quality beautiful color female crias in one season!! |
